Technology that wraps around your people.
For as long as there has been technology, the people who run a business — and the people they serve — have had to arrange themselves around it. Often awkwardly. Sometimes in ways that were plainly degrading. That is the part which has just changed.
Integration · Automation · Security
Two things matter in any business
The owner and their staff — and their customers. Everything else is instrumentation.
That holds at every size. A small business has an owner, staff and customers. So does an enterprise, at scale. So does a government agency — where customers is simply what citizens are called when they cannot choose their provider.
We are at a pivotal point where technology can be made to wrap and mold around what those people actually need, rather than the other way round. It changes what using it feels like: not a tax to be paid, but something closer to uplifting.
How that gets done
Three means to one end: connect the systems, make them run themselves, and keep them — and the people in them — safe.
01
Integration
Getting systems that were never designed to talk to each other working as one — networks, buildings, business software, the lot.
02
Automation
Turning what people currently remember to do into something that happens by itself, reliably, and tells you when it has not.
03
Security
Protecting the business and the people whose data it holds — and, where it matters, evidence a board or an auditor will accept: ISO/IEC 27001 for information security, ISO/IEC 42001 for the use of artificial intelligence.
The best call is the one you never have to make
Our strength is preventative. We work to keep a business out of trouble in the first place, rather than staging a drama to haul it out of a hole that was entirely avoidable.
A crisis is the purest form of technology getting in the way. Everything stops, the day is gone, and someone sits waiting for a stranger to arrive. Most of those days were preventable months earlier, quietly and cheaply, by someone paying attention.
That is what automation buys. Not fewer people — steadier ones. The watching is done by systems that never get distracted, which is how a small team keeps a high level of resilience in place without anyone's budget being blown to do it.
No dramas. Steady business. Satisfied customers.
A reputation you keep.

Credentials
Kaimai Security's work is led by Joerg Micheel, who holds BSI Training Academy certifications as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer, ISO 19011 Management Systems Internal Auditor, and ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer.
Before the standards, there was the engineering: co-founding and building network measurement products used by carriers and researchers worldwide. The instinct to measure rather than assume comes from there.
These are personal professional credentials. Kaimai Security Limited is not itself a certified organisation, and does not claim to be.
Your IT — your way
No two businesses want to work the same way, so we do not arrive with a package for you to fit into. We work in steps, tuning how the technology runs until it matches how you actually want your business to work.
Every one of those journeys is as particular as the people we do it with. We are set up for that, and we would not want it any other way.
